New York Giants WR Sensation, Odell Beckham Jr. attended Isidore Newman School in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he was a letterman in football, basketball and track. In football, he played wide receiver, quarterback, running back, and cornerback…but today we know him as an amazing receiver. In his role as a wide receiver and return specialist at LSU, Beckham was named the winner of the 2013 Paul Hornung Award, presented annually to the most versatile player in major college football. Drafted in the 1st Round of the 2014 Draft by the Giants, Odell made his debut on October 5, 2014, recording four receptions for 44 yards and a touchdown. In his first Monday Night Football game, Beckham caught 8 passes for 156 yards. Against the tough Seahawks Defense in Week 8, he caught 7 passes for 108 yards. And two weeks later on Sunday Night Football, Beckham rocked the Football World with 10 catches for 146 yards and two touchdowns, including a one-handed TD reception hailed as the ‘The Catch’. While being held by Dallas cornerback Brandon Carr, Beckham somehow caught a 43-yard TD using just three fingers on his right hand. The catch was soooooo good that even Megatron, Detroit WR Calvin Johnson, conceded it was the best he’s ever seen. ‘Everybody knows that catch he made a couple weeks ago was the craziest I’ve seen in a long – forever probably’ said Johnson.
